Terms and Conditions

Please be advised that all products are made in a kitchen and may come in contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. All cupcakes listed as GF are gluten friendly and not advised for those with severe celiac disease.

•A two week minimum is required for placing an order. 

•All orders placed less than a week before the due date will be charge with an additional 20% fee.

•All orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

•All orders over $100 require a nonrefundable 50% deposit to order with the remaining balance paid a week before pickup/delivery. 

•If payment or deposit is not received your date will not be held.

•If remaining balance is not paid prior to pickup  this may result in the cancellation of your order with no refund. 

•Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders. All sales are final!
•All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possesion. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc. We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated below.

Cancellations/Changes

•Cake, cupcakes, and all orders other than custom cookies can be canceled within  48-72 hours, 50% of the final order total will be nonrefundable. Less than 24 hours notice and no refund will be issued. Custom Sugar Cookie orders require a 5 day cancellation notice, otherwise no refund of any kind will be issued. We appreciate your understanding, as each item is handcrafted just for you! 
•All designs must be finalized no later than 7 days of the pickup/delivery date. No changes will be made thereafter.
